🛍 Orders & Payments

How do I place an order?
Choose your watch and color, add it to your cart and proceed to checkout. You'll receive an order confirmation email as soon as payment is completed.

Which payment methods do you accept?
Major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro and more), plus Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay where available. All payments are encrypted and processed securely.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 2 hours of being placed. After that, processing may already have started and changes cannot be guaranteed. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

How does the offer work?
Add two watches to your cart and the second one is free. The discount is applied automatically in your cart — no code needed. The lower-priced watch is the free one.

Can I return only one watch from a Buy 1 Get 1 order?
No. Buy 1 Get 1 orders are treated as a single bundle, so any eligible return must include both watches. See the returns section below.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?
We offer free tracked shipping to the countries available at checkout. If your country is not listed at checkout, we are not able to deliver there at this time.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery then takes approximately 7–15 business days, depending on your location and local carrier operations. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Will I pay customs duties?
Depending on your country, customs duties or import taxes may apply. These are set by local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.

🔎 Tracking

When will I receive my tracking number?
Your tracking number is emailed automatically once your order is handed over to the carrier. You can also follow your order on our Track Your Order page.

Why is my tracking not updating?
It can take 3–5 business days for tracking to show updates after dispatch, especially for international shipments and during peak seasons.

🔁 Returns & Refunds

Can I return my order?
Yes, under the following conditions:

• European Union customers: you may return your order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason (EU cooling-off right).
• Customers outside the EU: refunds for change of mind are not available, but you may exchange your order once for another model or color within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock.

In all cases, watches must be unworn, unused and returned in their original box and packaging with all accessories. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item.

How do I request a return or exchange?
Email contact@astonpoedagar.com with your order number, full name, the item(s) and the reason. We'll reply with the return address and instructions. Unannounced returns cannot be accepted.

When will I receive my refund?
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

🛡 12-Month Warranty

What does the warranty cover?
Every Aston Poedagar watch comes with a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects in the movement and craftsmanship. If a covered defect appears, we will repair or replace the watch free of charge.

What is not covered?
Normal wear, scratches, accidental damage, water damage beyond the stated water resistance, battery replacement, and damage caused by misuse or third-party repairs.

My watch arrived damaged or incorrect. What should I do?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, and cover the return shipping.

🔐 Order Verification

Why was my order flagged for verification?
To protect our customers from fraud, some orders are reviewed before shipping. We may ask for additional information to confirm the card belongs to you. Orders that cannot be verified may be cancelled and fully refunded.
