You can request a return within 7 days. No exchanges for size or color selection errors.
For deliveries outside the European Union, additional customs duties and import fees may apply depending on the destination country. These costs are levied by the local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check with your local customs office for the exact regulations.
You have a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order, provided the items are: unworn, unused, and in perfect condition, all tags are still attached, and they are in their original packaging. Additionally, for deliveries within the European Union, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Further details can be found in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Simply send us an email to contact@astonpoedagar.com with the following information: Order number, Full name, Item(s) you wish to return, Brief description of the reason (optional, but helps us improve). After reviewing your request, we will send you the return address and further instructions. Unannounced returns cannot be accepted.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will inform you by email. If the refund is approved, it will be credited to your original payment method within approximately 10 business days. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take slightly longer for the funds to appear in your account.
