<h1>Refund & Return Policy — Aston Poedagar</h1>

<h2>1. Overview</h2>
<p>At Aston Poedagar, we are committed to delivering quality watches and a clear, fair shopping experience. All returns, refunds, exchanges and warranty claims are governed by the policy below. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this policy.</p>

<h2>2. Eligibility for Returns</h2>
<p>To be eligible for a return or exchange, all of the following conditions must be met:</p>
<ul>
<li>The request is submitted within the applicable time frame defined in this policy;</li>
<li>The item is unused, unworn, unscratched and in resalable condition;</li>
<li>All original tags, labels, packaging, boxes and accessories are intact;</li>
<li>Proof of purchase is provided.</li>
</ul>
<p>All returns and exchanges are subject to inspection and approval by Aston Poedagar. Requests that do not meet these conditions may be refused.</p>

<h2>3. Change of Mind</h2>
<p>Refunds based solely on personal preference (for example, "I changed my mind" or "it doesn't suit my style") are not accepted, except for customers in the European Union, who may use the 14-day cooling-off right described in Section 11.</p>

<h2>4. Promotional Orders (Buy 1 Get 1 Free)</h2>
<p>Promotional orders, including Buy 1 Get 1 Free, are treated as a single bundled transaction:</p>
<ul>
<li>Outside the EU, promotional purchases are final sale, except for defective or incorrect items (Sections 8 and 9);</li>
<li>Where a return is legally applicable, all items in the bundle must be returned together, unused. Partial returns are not accepted;</li>
<li>Free items cannot be returned for a refund on their own.</li>
</ul>

<h2>5. Exchanges</h2>
<h3>5.1 Our Error</h3>
<p>If you receive an incorrect item, color or model due to our error, we will arrange a replacement or refund and cover all related shipping costs.</p>
<h3>5.2 Customer Choice (Outside the EU)</h3>
<ul>
<li>Exchanges are permitted once per order, for another model or color, subject to stock;</li>
<li>Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery, as confirmed by tracking;</li>
<li>Items must be unused, unworn and returned with all original tags, box and packaging;</li>
<li>The customer pays return and reshipment shipping costs.</li>
</ul>
<p>EU customers may instead use the cooling-off right in Section 11.</p>

<h2>6. Return Shipping Costs</h2>
<p>Unless the return is due to a verified error or defect on our part, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and we do not provide prepaid return labels. Approved returns must be shipped within 7 days of approval, otherwise the request is cancelled.</p>

<h2>7. Refunds</h2>
<p>Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Paid shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of error or defect on our part.</p>

<h2>8. Damaged or Incorrect on Arrival</h2>
<p>If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Once verified, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, and cover the return shipping.</p>

<h2>9. 12-Month Warranty</h2>
<p>Every Aston Poedagar watch is covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery.</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Covered:</strong> manufacturing defects in the movement and craftsmanship that appear under normal use;</li>
<li><strong>Not covered:</strong> normal wear and tear, scratches, accidental damage, water damage beyond the stated water resistance, battery replacement, and damage caused by misuse, alteration or third-party repairs;</li>
<li><strong>Remedy:</strong> we will repair or replace the watch free of charge. If the model is no longer available, we will offer an equivalent model or a refund of the price paid for that watch.</li>
</ul>
<p>To make a warranty claim, email us with your order number, a description of the issue and photos or a short video. This warranty is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory consumer rights.</p>

<h2>10. Order Cancellations</h2>
<p>Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of being placed. After this window, processing may have begun and cancellation cannot be guaranteed.</p>

<h2>11. EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period</h2>
<p>In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), consumers in the European Union may cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Items must be unused and unworn, with tags, box and original packaging intact. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, as permitted by law.</p>

<h2>12. Abuse, Fraud & Chargebacks</h2>
<p>We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds in cases of excessive or abusive return behavior, suspected fraud, or chargebacks opened without first contacting us. In such cases, we may submit order and delivery evidence to the payment provider.</p>
